Registration and Access

Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old—or the minimum age required in your country—to use our Services. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent/legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Registration

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you are registering or using the App on behalf of another individual or organization, you affirm that you have the legal authority to act on their behalf and to accept these Terms in full.

Using our Services

For as long as you follow these Terms, you may access and use our Services. You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and our policies.

Unpermitted Actions

You may not use MentalMosaic to:

Violate others' rights or misuse content.
Copy, sell, or modify our Services.
Reverse engineer or tamper with our systems or models.
Automatically extract data or misrepresent AI-generated content as human-made.
Disrupt the Service or bypass safety measures.
Use output to build competing AI models.

Software

Our Services may permit the download of files, such as mobile apps, which can update automatically to keep you on the latest version. Some of this software may contain open-source components, which are subject to their own licenses that we provide for your reference.

Your Content

You may provide information or material to the Services ("User Submissions") and receive responses based on what you submit ("Output"). Together, User Submissions and Output are referred to as "Content." You are solely responsible for this Content and must ensure it complies with all relevant laws and these Terms. By submitting User Submissions, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to do so.

Ownership of Content

Subject to applicable law and as between you and MentalMosaic, you (a) retain ownership of your User Submissions and (b) own the resulting Output. We assign to you any rights we may hold in the Output.

Content Similarity

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence and our Services, Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results. Our assignment of rights does not extend to content generated for others or to any third-party content.

Use of Content

We may use your Content to operate, maintain, improve, and enhance our Services, meet legal requirements, enforce our terms and policies, and ensure the security of our platform.

Opting Out

If you do not wish for your Content to be used to train our models, you can opt out. Please note that opting out may limit how well the Services can meet your individual needs.

Accuracy

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are constantly evolving. While we work to improve the accuracy, credibility, and safety of our Services, the probabilistic nature of these technologies means that Output may sometimes contain inaccuracies or fail to represent real-world people, places, or facts.

Paid Accounts

Billing

When you purchase any of our Services, you must provide accurate and complete billing details, including a valid payment method. For subscriptions, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at each agreed renewal period unless you cancel. You're responsible for any applicable taxes, which we'll collect when required. If your payment fails, we may limit or suspend your access to the Services until the issue is resolved.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are Pro-Rata refund. These Terms do not override any legally mandated cancellation rights in your location.

Price Changes

We may adjust our pricing from time to time. If subscription prices increase, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice. The new price will apply at your next renewal, and you'll have the option to cancel if you don't agree with the updated rate.

Termination and Suspension

Ending Your Use

You can stop using our Services whenever you choose. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access or delete your account if:

You violate these Terms or our Usage Policies.
We are legally required to do so.
Your use of the Services poses a risk or potential harm to MentalMosaic, our users, or others.

Appeals

If you think your account was suspended or terminated by mistake, you can reach out to our Support team to submit an appeal.

Discontinuation of Services

If we choose to shut down our Services, we'll notify you ahead of time and provide a refund for any Services you've paid for but haven't used.
